It’s been a hot minute since my last favourites post but they’re back! It’s almost the end of November now so I’ve decided to round up my favourite picks of this month! Read my last favourites post here.
Hair
So my first two favourites of this month are actually hair products! The first is Mark Hill Pink Clay shampoo. Clay shampoo is known to be beneficial for oily hair and this one is so good! It leaves my hair looking so shiny and it smells amazing! I love the packaging too because, in case you didn’t know, my favourite colour is pink!
The second favourite is the Lee Stafford Coco Loco hair mask. For a start, it smells absolutely amazing! I personally love the scent of coconuts so I’m a big fan but I know others aren’t as big of a fan. As for how well it works? Amazing! It makes my hair so soft even using just the smallest bit. They recommend an egg size amount though I use nowhere near that much and my hair still feels the benefits! Despite it working for me, I have read negative reviews of several people saying it didn’t work well at all for them so please bear that in mind before buying this. My hair is oily at the roots and dry at the ends so I only massage this into my ends!
Beauty
This month, my beauty items aren’t skincare or makeup based. The first thing I have been loving is the St Tropez One Night Only tan. I’m naturally quite tan anyway so I only use this on a night out if I’m looking a little pale. This is actually a lifesaver in Winter! It stays on all night and has shimmer in which makes your legs look smother and more toned! Even though it does stay on, it’s incredibly easy to wash off. This is also the best option for me as the one time I did apply it, I was very patchy. Thankfully this gel is harder to get patchy.
The second thing in my beauty section is the Warm and Cosy body mist by Pink. This is the sweetest scent and again, is in pink packaging. It has undertones of vanilla which I love but I also love how sweet it is. Some may believe the scent is too sickly for them but I’m a sucker for these smells! Another benefit to these sprays are that they’re usually in a deal so I buy in bulk! I use mine every day and it’s barely ran out and the smell lasts for ages too; my boyfriend always compliments me on it!
Fashion
I only have one fashion favourite this month and it’s my River Island coat! It’s so cosy and I adore the flared sleeves. The fur around the edges is so soft and even better that it’s faux! The stone/nude colour means that it goes well with so many of my outfits. I love to pair it with my tartan scarf, my gloves and my ear muffs. I don’t suit hats so ear muffs are a must for me and my hands get cold too easily for me to not own a pair of gloves. This coat was on the pricier side but it’ll last me at least another year, it’s good quality and its soft material ensures that it also serves its purpose of keeping me warm.
Food
I also only have one food favourite this month. These have been my favourite food for a while now but it’s only recently when I’ve been having more of them- brownies! I love the co-op tubs with brownie bites in and I’m a huge fan of McDonald’s brownies. I’m so sad that the McDonald’s brownies are only here for the Christmas menu as they’re my all time favourite thing on the menu at the moment! Even though they’re so so good, they’re definitely not good for my body but right now I’m enjoying the food and not caring. It may come back to bite me later but right now, I’m very willing to take the risk!
Those were all my favourites of the month and I’ve loved writing yet another favourites post! What’s been your favourite thing this month? Let me know in the comments below!
I used to love the Lee Stafford masks but they stopped selling them in Australia! I miss them…
