Merry Christmas! I put a poll on Twitter asking if anyone would read a “What I got for Christmas” blog post and everyone said yes. This post is in no way to brag, it’s simply to share what I received this Christmas, as I also like to read these types of posts. I’m so grateful for everything I’ve been given. To see what I got last year, click here.
My first present was a trip to see Dear Evan Hansen on West End which you can read about here.
Tommy Hilfiger hoodie!
Excuse the awful quality of this photo, but this hoodie was from my mum. It’s an oversized fit which I love. I prefer looser hoodies than a more fitted style. Tommy is also one of my favourite brands and I feel like navy is a very versatile colour. Not only is it effortlessly cool but it’s also very comfortable. It’s definitely an item I’ll be wearing frequently.
Hollister clothes!
Next I got these 2 clothing items, again, from my mum. The first is a lovely pink jumper. It’s so soft and cosy! I really can’t wait to wear this. I’d say it’s more of a soft pink than the corally tinted pink that it is in the photo.
My mum said she actually bought it because she read on my blog that my favourite colour is pink. She’s been reading my blog a lot since I’ve been at uni. She’s even subscribed now!
I also received these grey leggings. I like wearing leggings if I shower and don’t want to change straight into my pyjamas. One thing I particularly like is that it says Hollister around the waist band. These will be very useful if I actually decide to start going to the gym. I definitely need to but I’m far too lazy.
These next presents are also from my mum – she spoiled me way too much! We haven’t even got to the end of her presents yet!
Jack wills crop top
We’ll start with the Jack Wills crop top. This is great for lounging about as it’s extremely comfy. The design is nice, I like that it’s similar to Calvin Klein. My favourite CK design is the grey one so this is perfect!
Tommy Hilfiger bag
The bag is the first gift I opened this morning. Immediately I knew that it’d be great to use at uni. At the moment, I use my Kanken and this one looks as though it’ll carry just as much.
Gilly hicks body sprays
Gilly Hicks is my go-to for comfy underwear such as bralettes. I never knew they did body sprays! Each spray has a purpose and I can’t wait to see if the lavender one will help me fall asleep quicker. The lemon one also smells good, very refreshing.
Water bottle
As I was unwrapping the bottle, I knew exactly what it was but it’s perfect. The metallic design is really eye-catching and attractive. This will really encourage me to drink more water throughout the day. I’ll be bringing it to all my lectures from now on. What makes it even better is that it’s designed to hold both hot and cold drinks.
Tommy Hilfiger trainers!
One of my favourite gifts! Fun backstory- when I went to DisneyWorld in 2017, I got a pair of Tommy trainers. They weren’t my size, they were a size too small. Despite this, I was adamant to have them so forced my feet into them. My feet went from size 7 to size 6. Anyway, moving on, I like Tommy trainers. I feel these are kind of like Gucci. The back is my favourite part as it’s where the branding is. The simplicity of the plain white is also an eye-catcher though!
DisneyWorld Castle charm
Definitely my favourite present! This is the final gift from my mum and it’s the gorgeous Disney Castle charm! Yet again, my mum got the idea for this gift from another of my blog posts- Meaning behind my Pandora charms. The truth is, she actually bought me 2! She ordered one from America and it was taking ages to get here. She was worried that it wouldn’t arrive in time. So, she ordered another with a closer delivery date and they both got delivered the same day! It’s all good though as I have one at the beginning of my charms and one at the end! It makes it look very symmetrical.
These next presents are gifts from my nan and what she got me for Christmas.
Ferrero Rochers*
I’ll start with the Fererro Rochers. It would not be Christmas if Nan didn’t get us these! She gets them every year and we don’t complain- who doesn’t like these chocolates?
Pyjamas
She also bought me 2 pairs of pyjamas. The first is a pair of Mickey Mouse short pyjamas and I love the fun design of them. The top even has those reversible sequins which I find so fun to mess around with. Secondly, we have the dog ones which are my personal favourites as the dog print is so adorable!
Scarf
The checked background is actually a scarf from my Nan too! I love the colour of this scarf as the pastel pink is adorable and the material is so soft. I’ll definitely be wearing this back at uni in January!
Bracelet charms!
My nan also bought me some charms for my bracelets. This was so generous of her! For my Pandora, she got me the Winnie the Pooh charm which I was so happy with as he’s my favourite Disney character! For my Nomination, I received 2! The first is the rose gold double linked granddaughter charm. This is a cute personal one that only she’d be able to give me. As for the second, it’s the rose gold moon and star engraved one. Thanks to those charms, I’ve almost filled my Nomination bracelet!
T-shirt and spray
These next two gifts are from my Mum’s best friend and she definitely went above and beyond what she should have. I’ll start with the t-shirt. It’s a simple t-shirt but definitely fits in with my style.
I really like the different fonts used while keeping the colour scheme minimal.
She also got me a PINK body spray and it smells AMAZING!! It’s a very sweet vanilla scent and if you read my blog regularly, you’ll know these are my favourite type of scents. She knows me too well.
This spray is limited edition for Christmas and to make these even more amazing, the tube in the spray is actually patterned like a candy cane! How adorable?
Topshop bag!
This final gift is from my sister and I knew this is what she was getting me. My sister and I agreed on £20 each. This bag is originally £25 but was luckily reduced to £18 during black friday so I sent it her. I chose this as it’s such a cute colour and its a casual bag I can take anywhere with me. It will pair with my white coat on my black friday haul so well!
My boyfriend is coming down to see me tomorrow so I’ll include his gifts in my next post which will most likely be a post-christmas sales haul!
What did you get for Christmas?
Wonderful! I got a new phone, perfume and a dress!
That sounds amazing!
Awww… This is a great Christmas haul! I love those sneakers and that bag is soo cutee… My sister and I also plan gifts for each other. There’s no point buying something the other person won’t like lol

Yeah definitely! The bag is adorable!
What a lovely selection of gifts. The charms in particular are beautiful x
Thank you! Definitely my favourites! Xx
Awesome! I always prefer shopping rather than getting given clothes because half the fun is trying a bunch of things on and of course going out for lunch after a hard day’s work! For Christmas, I got some books, a hard drive to store all my illegally downloaded movies and a new car stereo! 🙂
