The loungewear you need to look and feel like a princess!
Everyone has given in to the persistent calling that loungewear has let out during this time. Why be uncomfortable lounging about in jeans when you could be looking absolutely gorgeous in some comfortable yet very chic loungewear?
I have a very feminine fashion sense and I haven’t been afraid to show in posts such as “My fashion inspirations” and “my favourite shops for girly outfits.” Finding girly loungewear isn’t too easy at all. Luckily Femme Luxe reached out to me and asked if I’d like to try some of their loungewear. After scouring their site, I found 3 of the most adorable loungewear sets that I wanted to share with you guys. Of course theirs many other styles yet I wanted to choose the styles that I truly loved so I could share my honest opinions. I also wanted to stay true to myself in the options that I selected. So, now the introduction is out of the way, let’s get into it!
So the first product is this gorgeous lilac set that is part of the cropped loungewear sets. I love the leggings in particular out of this set; they’re very comfortable and are not restricting in the slightest. The cropped top is very short but I like to lounge in a sports bra anyway so this doesn’t bother me. I also particularly like the neckline of the top, it’s really unique and adds an extra something to the set. Isn’t this colour gorgeous though? I adore pastels and not only does it feel absolutely amazing when you wear it but it fits in so well with spring! My April bullet journal was created using all pastel colours and I just feel that the soft colours are perfect to associate to the season and the baby animals.
As for the leggings in detail, they are high waisted which is a big factor for me, anything that can keep me tucked in! Not only would these look adorable with the provided top, but they’d also look great with a white top tied in a knot. The looks are endless and you’ll look so effortless whichever way you end up going!
Now have you ever seen anything more me? I adore everything about this outfit from the tie-up front to the flared bottoms. There are both big and little ribs in this set and I love it! The belted loungewear range is so cute and I’m so glad that I got luckily enough as to receive this set. I can see myself wearing this a lot. Flares really are coming back into fashion but for me, the top is the show stealer. The tied front is just too adorable! You could even wear the top in casual outfits! The material does take a little getting used to and you don’t feel completely comfortable at first but it does grow on you and you’ll be feeling great about it in no time. And you really can’t miss out with 50% of loungewear sets! It’s an absolute bargain- these deals won’t come back for a while- hardly any retailers will give you a deal that hold outside of Black Friday/ Cyber week.
I am yet to try on the flares but the top is so well fitted and adds that girly touch to any outfit. It’s so hard to find pink and girly loungewear sets these days so I’m very glad I managed to secure this one in my wardrobe!
A ribbed set yet again! Though this one is expected since its part of the ribbed collection. I will admit that this isn’t my typical colour. I was hoping for a dusty rose colour yet at the time of sorting the gifting, that colour was out of stock. I do think this is a very chic outfit still however but it’s a little bolder than what I’d usually go for. These are flares yet again and I think my sister would like those bottoms for a party, you’d never think they were actually lounge wear and you could actually relax in them! I will 100% keep this top though. I love flared sleeves, they really jazz up and outfit and give your arms that freedom. Even though it’s not particularly my colour, I would definitely wear it around the house. Maybe if I get very comfortable in it then I’d wear it out too! This one so comes with a belt the same rust colour as the rest of the set. I’m a fan of this idea and it draws more attention to the hips/waist show-stopping flared bottoms.
Also, as you can see, the top is again, cropped, I like this as it breaks the outfit up. You have the colour then a sliver of skin, then the colour again. It makes it a little more appealing to the eye than just throwing a block of colour in hour face so I’m very happy about that!
Which is your favourite out of these sets and what is your favourite loungewear brand?
