My second bullet journal post of 2021!
I’m quite excited about this one! I wouldn’t say it’s as good as my January 2021 bullet journal theme but it’s nice and simple and I really like it.
It’s supposed to be “To all the Boys I’ve loved before” inspired, but I just found it on Pinterest! You can get so much bullet journal inspiration on Pinterest.
Cover page
This is very simple but I like it! The biro doodles made it quick and easy to recreate and I love how the pink looks along side the black and blue!
I’ll say now that I know my cupcakes let me down here- art isn’t my forte at all!
The letters, as in love letters, really impressed me. To anyone else, it may seem like such an easy thing to draw, and it is! I didn’t expect it to be as easy and it looks so effective!
I’ve also gone for a simple lettering method this month again. As much as I love my calligraphy lettering, I do like to change it up every so often!
Monthly log
How satisfying is the February calendar layout?
This month, I went for a basic calendar again. I feel the other doesn’t get used to the extent it should. When I use this in my bullet journal, it serves the purpose of a quick check of the date.
I’ve also included a deadline section on this monthly log which I think will be useful to have in my bullet journal.
Then again, as always, we have the goals. I love putting goals in my bullet journal as it always encourages me to improve.
Having my goals written down makes me feel that I have to accomplish them and it keeps me held accountable!
Mood tracker
Like many months, this is probably my favourite spread of the month!
This one won’t be as colourful as some of my other mood trackers though as I’m only colouring the hearts on the letters.
As always, I like this title. I think this one always looks really effective and it’s so simple to do!
The little hearts at the side also fills the empty space while looking good at the same time.
You might be able to see that I messed up on one of the letters but we’ll quickly brush past that! It’s not too much of a mistake and it’s barely noticeable!
Habit tracker
I’ve added a few more habits for this month! I usually only have 4 as I find it easier to keep up with.
Last month, I kept up with them well so I added an extra one. I also swapped out the water one as I’ve started to drink 2 litres easily now and it’s a natural habit.
Reading is a new habit to add. I love reading but I never have enough time to do so. Hopefully this month, I’ll be able to do some more of it.
I also added one called UCAT. This is an entry exam for medicine which I hope to do as a post-graduate degree. This month I’m hoping to really ramp up the preparation for this.
Weekly log
I’ve kept my weekly log nice and simple this month in my bullet journal.
Again, it’s just one page spreads. The satisfying monthly layout has also helped nicely with these pages this month.
On some pages, I’ve used the spare box to put a notes section in. For others, as you can see, I’ve put some extra decoration in.
Last month, I found that one page was enough for my weekly layouts so I’ve continued this month. This way, it also saves paper too and helps the notebook last longer.
The reason I chose to share this particular spread of my February bullet journal is because I like the combination of open and filled in hearts.
Gratitude log
I also really like this months gratitude log too.
The title is very simple but is bold enough to stand out and the gold hearts compliment the red too.
Usually, red and gold reminds me of christmas but due to the nature of the whole page, it passes as an elegant valentines combination.
I again alternated between black and blue biro pens and I like how the letters turned out again.
These pages aren’t essential in bullet journals but I really like them. It’s really easy to find something to be grateful for each day and it’s nice to reflect on everything you have in life.
Often, I do like to read back on them and realise how lucky I am to live the life I have.
And that is all for this months bullet journal! What’s your theme if you have one or what’s your favourite page of mine?
What a lovely layout! I love the mood tracker. Those envelopes are adorable! This month I used a lot of stickers and kept my design very simple – pink and red stickers make up for my lack of drawing skills haha! x
